BTW, an SOP Destabilizer basically f*cks up the enemy's SOP system and makes them become grossly disoriented. I've been destabbed before and basically you stand there like an idiot, moaning and groaning, while the opposite team is in full motion, capturing bases and the like. That's what a SOP Destab's effects are.

Aug 28, 2008 - Yeah, before you log into your character there is a network settings option. Go in there and you can adjust your upload speed. I upped mine to the max but you may want to try the different speeds. It helped me with some lag I was having. :D
