Nov 16, 2008 - yes lvl 20 is it, but if u still have the here and now perk, which automaticly gives u one lvl, save it for lvl 20 and then use it, u should be lvl 21, other then that, 20 is max

Nov 18, 2008 - you do get more experience from having higher difficulty.. u only get more exp when killing people and animals, but not through sandman perk. Bethesda purposely made it so that you cant kill children in the game because its "bad" so that is why this glitch works.

Dec 29, 2008 - Actually you do get more exp on hardf and very hard not for this glitch but for like killing enemies you get 60 exp for each raider you kill onhard or very hard forgot which one
