Is it because Americans are so fucking stupid that they dont even know that an INVANDING force is evil unless we see the invaders doing something evil? Dec 26, 2008 - I assure you that the russians would have break in Usa borders if they could....I live in Italy, we've risked inglobation in Urss economic and political sphere...It's not important the way, i think this film, in a eroic narration, speaks about a real danger until 70's...Without Usa, in Italy we would have civil war beetween italian communists (supporting Urss ambitions) and democratic forces...I assure you, the film was a possibility on real history

Dec 30, 2008 - Ha ha ha, that is one controversial way of fixing the Public School System by blowing it up. The best part of the film is the opening, the fact that it was a possible scenario back then made it disturbing. Actually, the world today is not very different, but hopefully the political players will have more wisdom and stop short of starting WWIII. Come to think of it, that is as likely as the movie becoming reality then, oops.
