Mar 16, 2007 - very nice...but miyako yoshida has a cleaner, more precise technique. she's my favorite sugarplum fairy to date, even if she has less, flowy movements.

May 25, 2007 - One of the best Nutcracker ballets in my opinion: the one performed by the Dutch 'Nationale Ballet'. Amazing decor, great performances, interesting moderations on the conventional story.

Jul 18, 2007 - I just love this version. So musical and not boring at all. Of course Sofiane is amazing!!!! And the whole Nutcracker itselffrom The Dutch National Ballet is original and amazing. I danced in this production myself. I have learned so much doing so many shows. In the Prologe: "Iceskaters";First Act: "Guests (young & old)", "Rats", "Soldiers";Second Act: "Spanish Dance", "Chinese Dance" and "Flower Wals".I have the ballet on videotape. If someone has a way to put on youtube, let me know!!!!
