these are the steps.... 1. open the website http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstation/board/message?board.id=pspmedia&thread.id=189348&view=by_date_ascending&page=1 2. then click the red download buttton... then a new pop up will come up 3. from there scroll down and you will see a download button that writes in orange and white then download and extract the zip folder 4. after that you drag the folder into the psp/common folder. 5. then go on your psp internet browser and type in the link ...file:/psp/common/pro-messenger/index.html
