Check your power supply, if the light on it is green then your good. If the light is red on the power supply then then that is bad. You might need a new power supply. Make sure the Xbox 360 has room to breath, keep it cool, that is very important. Now for trouble shooting...Unplug the power supply from the console, give it a minute. Plug everything back in. Turn it on, if you get the start up screen good. Put in a game and play it. If it freezes up then your screwed.
